How do I order? |
| Simply browse the online catalogue and choose the product you require. Once you are satisfied with the chosen product input the quantity you would like and press the "add to cart" button. Continue to shop in the same way until you are ready to complete the transaction and pay. Click on the checkout button and select your preferred payment processor. All processors are secure and operated by well established companies. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your payment.

Can I have my order despatched to an address that is different to my card address? |
| Yes. There is a section for you to enter your delivery address but we still need your card address otherwise your payment transaction will not authorise correctly with our e-commerce providers. Please note the card address should be the address that your statement is sent to. We also do spot checks every day and call customers to verify card details in an attempt to crack down on fraud. |

What documents to I have to produce to obtain a number plate?
|
To have your number plate made up you will need with you proof of entitlement to the mark which could be one of the following:
- Vehicle Registration Document (V5)
- Certificate of Entitlement to a mark (V750)
- Cherished Transfer Retention Document (V778)
- Vehicle Licence Renewal (V11)
- Authorisation slip from DVLA local office with official DVLA stamp. This will apply when DVLA authorises a customer to buy plates bearing a particular registration mark, e.g. when applying to assign the mark to a vehicle but before you have had the plates made up. If you are applying by post the authorisation slip will be sent to you. This will also apply in the case of a cherished transfer
- Certificate of Vehicle Registration (V379)
- Vehicle Export Certificate
- A letter of authority from fleet operators on company headed notepaper with contact details.
You will also need to provide proof of your personal details which could be :

- A current photocard
driving licence (preferred) or
- Bank/building society statement or a recent utility bill with one of the following :
· Current paper driving licence.
Passport
- Credit/debit card with photograph
- Travel pass card with photograph
- Foreign national identity card.
These documents need to be shown prior to despatch of your plates.

How do I know what size my number plates are? |
| 99% of the time your number plates will be the standard oblong size being 20.5" x 4.4" (520mm x 111mm), but some 4 x 4's and also motor bikes have different sizes so we always suggest measuring before ordering to be certain. |

Do I have to have Auto Detailing Dorset Ltd at the bottom of my number plate? |
| In order for your number plate to be compliant with DVLA and VOSA regulations we have to put reference to our outlet name and postcode on the bottom of your number plate. This law applies wherever you purchase your road legal number plate from. |

Do you pre-drill number plates before despatch? |
| No, we do not pre-drill number plates as the holes are not standardized in any way. |

| 10.
Do you sell registration numbers or personalised number plates? |
| No we don't. Some people do get confused with this. We only manufacturer the number plates from high quality acrylic, we do not offer cherished or personalised number plates. You will need to go to the DVLA for these. |

How are the alloy wheels packaged?
|
| These are packaged to a very high standard to ensure they are not damaged in transit. |

What if I don't like the alloys once delivered? |
| Please ensure you are perfectly happy with the design and colour before ordering as we cannot accept wheels back simply because you don't like them. Please feel free to call into our premises to discuss before ordering. |
